1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CitizenPrep! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CitizenPrep's website and web application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CitizenPrep. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and current

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

4.1 What We Provide

CitizenPrep provides:

• Study materials for the Canadian citizenship test
• Practice questions and mock tests
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Personalized study plans (Premium)

4.2 Educational Purpose Only

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Our study materials are generated using artificial intelligence based on the official IRCC "Discover Canada" guide and other official sources. All AI-generated content is reviewed and vetted by our team for accuracy. However, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We recommend using CitizenPrep alongside official IRCC resources. See our Content Policy for more details.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

CitizenPrep offers a Free tier with limited access and Premium plans with full access to all features. Current pricing and plan details are displayed on our website and at checkout.

5.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• On the billing cycle you selected (weekly, monthly, or one-time)
• Recurring plans renew automatically unless you cancel
• All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers:

• Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• Full refund, no questions asked
• Not available if you've already passed your citizenship test
• Only for first-time Premium subscribers

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use bots or automated tools to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass or abuse other users or our staff

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, software, and study materials) are owned by Humbl Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• The right to resell or commercially exploit the Service
• The right to copy or download content (except as necessary for normal use)
• The right to make derivative works

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMBL TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Failure to pass the citizenship test
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humbl Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Update features and functionality
• Remove content or features without notice

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Humbl Technologies Inc. regarding the Service.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
